About The Products
Fragrances are be made up with blend of natural and/or synthetic ingredients. We prefer using non alcoholic fragrance oils to ensure a cleaner and safer burn.
We use fully refined Paraffin Wax.
No our candles doesn’t contain lead. Our candles are free from all the nasty substances. Our wicks are made with cotton and soaked in soy wax for better compatibilty.
We wish to deliver a soothing experience and each product is hand crafted. We would suggest the follow these things for a better experience:
- When you burn your candle, let it burn until the pool melts all the way to the edges. Burn it for around 2 hours. Wax has memory, so when extinguished with just a partial pool, it will struggle to attain a complete pool, might tunnel.
- Always trim your wick before each burn. We would recommend to trim upto 1/4” or 1/2” to avoid soot.
The possibilities are endless, so is the creativity. Here are some options our jars can be reused as: A succulent planter, pencil cup, Sugar and tea set, bathroom canister, storage jar much more! Do let us know how you’ll reuse these!
Our Candles are crafted consciously but candles cannot be certified as organic, but we do use ethically sourced, good quality Paraffin Wax. Wax is the foundation of candles and we ensure you will get the best of quality. We use cotton wicks dipped in soy wax, our wicks are metal free and delivers a clean burn. Additionally, all of our fragrances are free of harmful nasty chemicals, most importantly these are Alcohol Free. The packaging is made from glass with a spill proof lid and is designed for efficient reuse.
Yes, our products are delicate babies and we recommend to take good care of our products. We always send a care manual with each product, which one can refer to at their convience. Also, please check every product’s description for more details.
You can find the shelf life and expiry details mentioned on the product container itself.
We make sure to consume as little resources as we can to make the comfort store sustainable. Therefore, we do not use artificial/synthetic colours/dyes, any stabilizers to make the product more environmental friendly. So, it is natural for your candle to turn slight yellow during it’s life time. It does not affect the efficiency or the safety of the product in any way. We are fully conscious of the ingredients we are using and we ensure that they are not harmful.

We are currently accepting every major Debit Card, Credit Card, Visa, Master Card as well as COD.
Once your order is placed, please allow us 2-5 business days to process your order. Once processed please expect the order in next 5-7 business days. Don’t worry, we will keep you posted!
We accept the cancellation and exchange request within 24 hours of the order placed. Please mail at support@thecomfortstore.in
After cancellation, if your order is prepaid, the refundable amount shall be credited to your original source of payment within 5-7 business days.
If your payment is unsuccessful for any reason, we suggest that you should return to checkout page and make sure to check all the details you enetered are correct before retrying.
