- If our products are used, they’ll not qualify for a return/exchange.
- Your order is only eligible for a exchange/return if the product delivered has physical defects, or incorrect item has been delivered to you.
- To issue a return request, please email us at support@thecomfortstore.in . Please make sure to attach images of the damage/defect along with order id to process the return/exchange request. A request without images will be rejected for a return/exchange.
- Once your exchange request is accepted, we will deliver your exchanged products, if in stock, as soon as possible.
- A return/exchange request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- We do not offer returns for Glass Products. We do offer exchange if the product is damaged in the transit.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel your order, please write to us on support@thecomfortstore.in If you have paid the amount online, your refund shall be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.
